    selection - (5-10 minutes) choose your starter jewelry from our gold-filled and sterling silver options. we'll help you find the perfect fit for your style and ear anatomy.

    preparation - (2-3 minutes) we'll mark the placement, ensure you're happy with it, and prep with medical-grade sterilization.

    aftercare -(5 minutes) We'll walk you through complete aftercare instructions and send you home with everything you need to know.
